Cost = base rate + (area × per-m² rate) × finish multiplier × access multiplier. The low estimate uses 0.85× and the high estimate uses 1.25× the adjusted base.

Ranges are derived from 2024-2025 Adelaide waterproofing market rates for labour, primer, membrane (waterproofing sheet or liquid layer) and typical access. Premium systems use higher-grade flexible membranes.
